The Joseph Priestley Campus was built in 1880 originally as a primary school and opened as a college in 1992. It is situated in the heart of Morley and within easy walking distance to the main high street which offers a wide variety of amenities. The building has retained some original features and houses an outdoor courtyard, canteen facilities, two car parks and a number of resources accessible to students. Full time courses offered from this campus include; Access to Higher Education, Childcare, Foundation Studies, Health and Social Care, Horticulture, IT and Sport.

Our courses cover almost all subject areas and include full and part-time academic and vocational qualifications through from basic skills to apprenticeships and A Levels to Foundation Degrees. Leeds City College operates out of six main campuses – Horsforth, Joseph Priestley, Keighley, Park Lane, Technology and Thomas Danby – as well as having provisions in dozens of smaller community centres across the region. The College is renowned for a number of key specialisms, with National Skills Academy status for Community Sport Enterprise, Creative & Cultural Skills, Food & Drink Manufacture, Hospitality, Retail, Financial Services and Sports & Fitness, as well as accolades for Printing and Computer Technology.
